This evening is an opportunity to provide yourself with some nurturing self-love in a safe space.
You can feel free to bring a loved one if you are called to come celebrate the love you share and reflect within each other.
This circle will begin with an intentional Cacao Ceremony with sound healing and guided meditation, followed by an oracle reading, and a creative artistic response exercise. We will be creating visual reminders of our experience that each of us will be able to take home.
In this safe space, we will have a group discussion & share about how to express our divine inner love in deeper ways. We will create intentions to manifest in our relationships with ourselves and loved-ones.

What to bring?
-A refillable water bottle for yourself (optional, water refills will be available)

About the Host: Natalie Lain is a sound-healer, healing events facilitator, and musician based out of the Harrisburg area. She specializes in channeling intentional sonic journeys for those traveling within. Natalie frequently hosts Ecstatic Dance journeys, guided meditations, and Cacao Ceremonies. She is inspired by the idea that we are all each other's teachers, and in these gatherings we can all teach each other and learn more about ourselves along the way.
A little info about Cacao:
Cacao Ceremonies have taken place for thousands of years as a way to explore within our spiritual practices and come together to open our hearts. They originally were performed by native tribes within Central and South America. Today Cacao is widely known for its health benefits ~ not only does it naturally elevate your mood & bring feelings of bliss and inner connection, but it is also a powerful source of antioxidants, magnesium, calcium, & iron.
Cacao is a fruit that grows in tropical climates worldwide. It was first discovered at least 5000 years ago and was quickly considered sacred by those who consumed it. Cacao brings a feeling of warmth, love, kindness, and mother-earth connection. This can be explained spiritually and scientifically. Raw Cacao contains chemicals that stimulate the brain to release serotonin, tryptophan, and dopamine, as well as a a chemical call Anandamide which is also known as the โbliss molecule".
For thousands of years Cacao has been considered medicine and has been used in sacred rituals and ceremonies.
