A Cacao Ceremony and Creative Art Circle to Manifest Our Dreams!

Spring is finally here!! Now is the perfect time to plant the seeds for this coming warm season! We are collectively re-energized and ready to create, learn, and experience magical things! Together we will tend to our beautiful inner gardens, taking this precious opportunity to go within and align with our truest selves. In this space, we will use our energy to envision what we most authentically wish for in our lives. We will picture this in our minds as if it is happening right now, tapping into all of our senses as we experience what it feels and looks like!

This type of visualization is a powerful practice for manifesting our dreams! Together we will call in all the tools and support we need to achieve our goals and successfully fulfill our missions here on Earth!

This circle will begin with an intentional Cacao Ceremony and sound bath to bring us into our heart-space.

Then there will be a guided meditation and creative art response!

In this space, you are safe to feel and express anything you need to! All of you are welcome!

A little info about Cacao:

Cacao Ceremonies have taken place for thousands of years as a way to explore within our spiritual practices and come together to open our hearts. They originally were performed by native tribes within Central and South America. Today Cacao is widely known for its health benefits ~ not only does it naturally elevate your mood & bring feelings of bliss and inner connection, but it is also a powerful source of antioxidants, magnesium, calcium, & iron. 🙌

Our Cacao comes from the Arhuaco tribe in Columbia. They lovingly grow this Cacao in the Sierra Nevada mountains and perform many heartfelt rituals on the land as the plant grows. The Arhuaco tribe showers the Earth with love and gratitude for nurturing us all and in return, sweet Mother Nature gifts them with this amazing medicine! Now we can also experience this shared blessing! This Cacao is made of 100% Organic Cacao beans.

We tenderly brew it into a rich drink to share, infusing it with healing intentions for all who consume it!

Students will walk away with:

• Clear intentions for the coming warm season!

• A creative piece of art/poetry to help remind them of this circle and the visions they hold for their journey!

• A wide-open heart ♥
