Meet Matt Kramer

Matthew is a Certified Sound Therapist where he graduated from the 6 month program at Soundwise Health School of Harmonic Therapy with Lana Ryder, LMT, HTA, AADP, URMT, Reiki Practitioner and current student of Mystery School Level II at Bee Present Wellness.

Matthew considers some of his deeper work to be in bringing compassion and self-love into our daily reality in a more intimate way. To remember the love and playfulness that’s available to us at all times and the power we each have to tap into that strength that lies within us.

He is passionate about community and creating authentic connections with others as we continue to heal ourselves and the planet. Matthew lovingly holds space for all and recognizes the power we each have to get in touch with our inner selves - to rediscover compassion, acceptance and self-love and embrace it into our lives with greater ease.

Matthew has been lovingly holding space for people to gather and connect in community since he was an Resident Advisor in college. Here he began to recognize the importance of having more of these safe spaces available and finds the need for this more now in our world than ever before.

He considers himself a student to life and its ebbs and flows and holds so much gratitude for the many teachers in his life, including but not limited to Jaque Hanson of Bee Present Wellness, Rickie Freedman at Reiki by Rickie, Joshua Maurer, and Jim Donavan. He also follows the teachings of Alexandre Tennous, ethnomusicologist, sound therapist and sound researcher.

Some of his more noteworthy trainings include:

• Reiki Level I and II with Rickie at Reiki by Rickie - November 2020, May 2021

• Graduate of the Beehive Mystery School Level I at Bee Present Wellness - December 2021

• Graduate of Soundwise Health School of Harmonic Therapy with Lana Ryder - August 2022

• Trauma Informed class for Sound and Holistic Practitioners with Karen Carnabucci, LCSW, TEP, a psychotherapist and educator - July 2022

Matthew is also a stay-at-home Dad to his two children Tigerlily (6) and Rowen (5), wood worker, avid DIYer, Yurt lover, natural cob builder and nature explorer. He is passionate about creating intentional safe spaces and bringing mindfulness practices into the daily lives of adults, adolescents and children.
