Acceptance, Surrender & Trust, A Shamanic Circle (Part 1)

  • Bee Present Wellness 309 3rd St New Cumberland, PA, 17070 USA (map)

6 - 9 PM

Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It is the foundational principle that holds all relationships.
— Stephen Covey

Wouldn’t it be exciting for you to transform the ordinary into extraordinary? Resistance is a defense mechanism where a person rejects denies or otherwise opposes reality, growth, momentum, opportunity, change, getting out of your own way, and basic life responsibilities.

Resistance might serve to maintain stability and protect existing values or systems, but it can also signal areas where growth adaptation or innovation is needed.

  • How does this play out in your life?

  • Can you accept the discomfort and surrender to a new way of being?

  • Can you trust yourself to move through difficulties, and negative beliefs to rewire your way of thinking, and Reclaim Your Potential?

❤️‍🔥Don’t fight resistance, flirt with it! Resistance isn’t the enemy, it’s the foreplay to something truly remarkable.

In Part 1 we will discuss the aspects of Acceptance, Surrender, and Trust and how to discern between what is resistance, and something we truly don’t have an interest in doing.

Having a better understanding of resistance, Part 2 will lead to discussions of how resistance plays out in your life, and impacts your decisions, and interaction with others.

This workshop will provide you:

  • The opportunity to explore your resistance and how it can play out in your life

  • Time to share your experiences with resistance, and learn from other likeminded explorers

  • Guided shamanic breath work, sound and meditative experiences

  • Follow-up discussion and processing to help you get as much out of it

Investment: Love donations for the Hive, please! But you must register, please! You may attend just the Part 1, only the Part 2, or both for a deeper level of awareness and processing.

Meet your guides:

Meet Emily
Emily Scordato is devoted to a path of continuously going face to face with the resistance she experiences in her life. Claiming her authority to shift patterns, and make evolutionary changes. For years she fell into self-destructive patterns and a victim of a negative mindset, where resistance was a main contributor to suppressing her growth.

Meet Suzie
Suzie Ersoz has studied yoga for years. She has taken a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training and a 40-hour Yin Yoga teacher training. She has been reluctant to teach, however, and her reluctance was rooted in resistance. Shining a light on her resistance and working to unwind its roots has opened new opportunities to share herself, her knowledge, and her experiences, and allowed her to step into teaching, and be with you in this workshop.

Meet Shawn
Shawn Weber came to the Hive looking for bodywork, and massage therapy and ended up in shamanic circles, shamanic reiki trainings, and the Beehive Mystery School. Never really thinking about or contemplating what his shadow elements are or were, he has discovered, explored, and transformed various shadow elements of his life to create a better sense of self-worth, and personal transformation for his betterment, and that of his family.
