Weโll start the night in Sacred Circle. Connecting To and Through Breath. Setting our Intentions for the Next Moon Cycle Releasing all the no Longer Servers opening up Space for Inspiration to Bloom.
Moving into the night with The Practice of Kundalini Yoga, Awakening the Fire Within.
Then Focusing this inner Flame through the Practice of Trataka Candle Gazing.
From this Deeply Ignited and Focused Space well Move into a Fully Firey Leo Inspired Ecstatic Movement Journey. Celebrating through Liberated Movement!
Eventually coming to Stillness for a Sound Healing in Shavasana.
Then once again coming Full Circle back in Circle connecting to and through our Breath. Connecting to OurSelfs and Other through our Sacred Breath and Presence.
Feel Free to bring a Personal Item to Charge on the Altar, bringing some of the Energy we Cultivated together Home with you.
