This workshop brings a perfect opportunity for you to 'spring up' your metabolism and nutritional expertise!!๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations declared โ€œSpirulina is The Most Ideal Food of the 21st Century."The U. N. Industrial Development Organization commissioned a five-year toxicology study on Spirulina and found it to be a safe, nontoxic food, and a separate study "recommended it as a potential solution to the world food crisis and global protein shortage".

Spirulina is high in proteins, in essential omega fatty acids, and a myriad of minerals and vitamins. It's very easy to digest making it a perfect food source for peoples of all ages!
Spirulina is one of the easiest, and safest microalgae you can grow! We will be going over growing, harvesting, and monitoring of your Spirulina culture!  There is a need for Algapreneurs in our Communties, there is almost no access to Local Spirulina in the U.S. This skill share is a great primer for starting a Spirulina MicroFarm to provide income, and healthy foods for local market!
The Skill Share will end with a Phycophage (Eating of Algae) We will have a few easy recipes prepared showing you how versatile Spirulina is as a food!!
