Celebrate The Sacred Feminine month of March with us!!๐น An afternoon to remember and reconnect with the wise woman within You! This workshop will feature simple techniques to utilize powerful plant medicine for both energetic and physical healing. Smudging, body brushing, body oiling, yoni steaming and herbal bathing will all be practiced or discussed. A great shift is happening right now in our world and it is imperative that we practice daily Self love and care. Grounding in Gaia and gathering strength from her plant spirits are ways in which we can nourish ourselves and loved ones.
Participants will go home with:
- Loose leaf white sage for smudging
- Deep dream journey tea
- Traditional Mayan vaginal steam blend
- Herbal body oil
All of the plant allies used in this workshop were lovingly grown locally by the instructor at her farm, Mariflora Farm and Homestead. Some items will be available for purchase.
