Next a gentle and very relaxing rocking on the chi machine with unwinding and soothing music. The Abdominal Therapy Session will then be taking place. After the protocol, you will receive a comprehensive four-page Self-Care description with the teachings of it. Jaque makes sure to take the time for you to fully learn it well.
2. Two one-and-a-half-hour Follow-Up Sessions. These build onto each other organically with great benefits and Self-Care protocol review if needed.
3. One FREE one-and-a-half-hour Maya Abdominal Therapy Follow-Up Session. These sessions all work best when they are 7-10 days apart. And NOT when you are having your menstrual cycle.
