Next a gentle and very relaxing rocking on the Chi Machine with unwinding and soothing sound. The Abdominal Therapy Session will then be taking place. After the protocol, you will receive a comprehensive four-page Self-Care description with the teachings of it. Jaque makes sure to take the time for you to fully learn it well.
2. 2 one and a half hour Follow-Up Sessions. These build onto each other organically with great benefits, and Self-Care protocol review if needed.
3. 1 FREE one and a half hour Follow-Up Session. These sessions all work best when they are 7-10 days apart. And NOT when you are having your menstrual cycle if you are a female.
